Classes on as normal this weekend however there's NO CLASS on Saturday the 19th of September as we're attending the open mat at Origin BJJ in Darlington. 10:30 start.

An open mat is a great opportunity to roll with some different people. Share ideas and techniques. If you're available you should absolutely do it!
