NO ZUMBA TONIGHT!

I'm really sorry, ladies, but I'm feeling rather unwell. I have no idea what this freshest joy is, but I don't want to risk spreading it (plus any movement hurts deep in my joints so I wouldn't be much fun anyway).

I apologise, I hate to miss out on the classes with you too but I hope you enjoy your evening, and that I'll be back for Wednesday!
