It came from moving more, showing up consistently, and looking after my head as much as my body.

Running wasn’t about becoming someone new — it helped me reconnect with who I already was.

Just met today while he continues his incredible run around the perimeter of the UK 🏃‍♂️🇬🇧

I kept it quick — didn’t want to take him out of the moment — but even in a few seconds you can feel the determination and heart behind what he’s doing.

He’s a reminder of why we run:
for our minds, for our strength, for the belief that we can always do more than we think.

A little peek behind Peak & Path 🏔️

It all started from moments like this — two runners out on the trails, finding peace, challenge, and connection in the hills. Running has always been more than a sport for us. It’s where we breathe deeper, think clearer, and feel our happiest. 🌿

Peak & Path Events was born from that passion. We want to share the joy, the community, and the mental strength that running brings — whether you’re chasing a new distance or lacing up for the very first time.

We truly believe this: your current ability doesn’t define your potential. Every finish line starts with a single step, and everyone deserves the chance to discover what they’re capable of. There is space on the trail for every pace, every journey, every story.

We can’t wait to welcome people into a sport that has given us so much — confidence, resilience, friendships and huge boosts to our mental wellbeing. 🧠💚
