St Mary's Lane. Upminster, RM14 3NX.

Draw 8.30am , fish 9.30 till 3.30pm

As always separate nets will be required for carp and silvers. There is a 60lb net limit at this Fishery so bring plenty of nets, you don't want to get caught out.
Bread is totally banned , as is all surface fishing.

I have redone this post because of alot of negative comments the last post seemed to be getting from alot people who aren't members of the club and dont fish the matches who just wanted to make a comment about nothing.
Please do not comment on this post if it has nothing to do with the forthcoming match.

A few reminders , separate keepnets for silvers and carp. All big carp will need to be weighed in straight away. No bread and definitely no floater fishing.

A massive thank you to all who turned out this morning for the work party. It was very productive with some key work on the track carried out.

One small downer was the item of tackle found on the lake while carrying out some clearance. I'm sure that this was not being used by member, but if it was you, you need to stop now. At first barbed hooks are banned on all club waters and secondly the lake does not contain the type of fish that might go for this poor set up.

Thank you again all those who gave up their time to help the club. Great work

Next weekends match planned for the Golf Course has been cancelled.
There will be a working party on the track up to the lake on Saturday and the works might run over into sunday. We also might carry out some work on the lake ie litter picking , tree trimming if we have enough attendees
