Backswing sequence is hugely important and is something I’ll chat about a lot in lessons. Is the arm and body swing are not connected it can cause issue of consistency of downswing. Here is an explanation to a client on how to sequence his backswing well 👍🏼⁣

Having some lag is very important however as mentioned in this video if the player gets too narrow in the backswing it’s virtually impossible from an efficient perspective to get good lag. ⁣
