North Walsham Sports Centre North Walsham Sports Centre is dedicated to helping the local community get active, stay active and enjoy being active.

A community hub offering a sports hall for badminton, basketball & table tennis, outdoor tennis courts, and a gymnasium hosting martial arts, skating, badminton & exercise classes. At the centre, you can enjoy an array of activities in the sports hall and gymnasium. There are plenty of indoor activities for you here at North Walsham, such as badminton, roller skating, table tennis, and walking netball. There are also Active Kids Holiday Camps hosted here each school holiday, offering a variety of activities from sports to arts and crafts. North Walsham Sports Centre is also a great spot to host your child’s birthday party, where Everyone Active can take care all of your needs. Speak to the leisure centre about their party options, including roller skating, football and multisports.

A pair of size 5.5 Nike trainers in grey with a blue tick. Inside the trainer was a house key.

A £685,000 lighting investment at London Aquatics Centre has introduced a new energy-efficient LED system, reducing energy consumption by up to 60% while giving the venue a whole new level of flexibility.

From elite swimming competitions and televised events to filming, photography and community use, the new system can transform the atmosphere at the touch of a button 🎥🏊

💡 Eight pre-set light shows
🌱 Up to 60% less energy used at full output
🏊 The ability to illuminate individual areas or black out the pool

We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team at North Walsham Sports Centre
Hours:
Evening and weekend shifts available.
Main Duties:
Taking customer bookings and payments.
Setting up sports facilities and equipment.
Assisting with children's activities.
General cleaning and maintaining a high standard through out the centre.
Providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or over.
Ideally hold a 3-day first ait at work qualification (or be willing to obtain one).
Reliable, outgoing and approachable.
Able to lone work and as part of a team.

We’re delighted to announce The Parent Pod as Everyone Active’s 2026 Community Champion for North Yorkshire!

The Parent Pod was created to provide inclusive, supportive and affordable activities for children with additional needs and their families in Scarborough.

Through the Community Champions scheme, The Parent Pod will have access to facilities at Scarborough Sports Village, helping them continue their fantastic work while creating even more opportunities for local families to connect, take part and feel supported.
