🟢⚫NORTH WALSHAM SCHOOLS PROGRAMME 2025/26⚫🟢

What a season for our Schools Programme! 🌟

Over 3,000 students from across Norfolk have taken part, with our coaches delivering 400 hours of rugby across 17 primary schools and 8 secondary schools.

Our aim is simple: give young people the opportunity to play rugby, develop fundamental skills and learn the values that make our game so special. 💚💛

A huge focus this year has also been on girls’ rugby, creating more opportunities for girls to get involved and take their first steps into the sport through the Valkyries pathway. 🏉👧

From school sessions and after-school clubs to competitive fixtures and events at North Walsham RFC we’re proud to be growing the game in our community.

3,000+ students. 25 schools. 400 hours of coaching. One growing Viking community.💚💛

What a pre-season it’s been for our Colts! 🏉💚💛

It’s been a seriously busy few months at North Walsham Vikings — and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

From getting back on the training pitch and welcoming Scotland U19’s Toby Overson as guest coach, to BBQs, joint sessions with 1stXV, the launch of our Colts Player Pathway, the Colts Performance Programme and plenty more besides… this group has packed a lot into pre-season.

A huge thank you to all the players, coaches, parents, volunteers and supporters who have helped make it happen. 👏

And we’re not finished yet…

September is here and there’s plenty more to come! 🔥

🏉 5th–6th September — Pre-Season Tour to Nottingham
💪 9th September — Colts Performance Programme at the Easton Performance Lab
🏉 13th September — Holt Colts v NW Colts (Friendly)!

Pre-season has been about much more than getting fit. It’s about building the squad, developing our players, creating opportunities and making memories along the way.

Now it’s time to put all that hard work into action.

Our much loved club needs a good tidy up, in readiness for the new season.

There is a long list of jobs to do from litter picking to painting, sweeping, cleaning, and everything in between.

There is a job for everyone, no experience needed.

Let’s put a shift in and get the place looking spotless.
