We are kicking off with a simple mindful Shoulder Movement. Bringing your mind to your breath helps cultivate focus and regulation. Maybe take some deep breaths of your own with out me, I know your good at it!
Creating pressure in Prayer Hands ignites postural muscles throughout your upper body. Waking and toning. The more you do, the more your body and mind work to stay aligned. And thats Practice for ya!

Just a little reminder to love yourself today ❤️. The love of yoga is rooted in presence. Be present, be right here to make to memorise you want to keep. Shame cycles happen to everyone and it is okay. It is also okay to move over to what myight feel like discomfort for the sakes of growth. Love yourself a little bit today and see what happens tomorrow.

CONSISTENT IMPERFECT PRACTICE

DAY 20

wow, I can believe that I have put my mind to showing up consistant for 20 whole days now. This doesn't mean that I haven't made decisions that don't align. I am still truly Imperfect. That chocolate bar got the better of me, I give my power away, and I'm learning about myself.

I am what I am, and I can be no more right now

I accept what has happened in the past

I accept myself

I see and respect my Mind, Body and Soul!

I feel like a Bloody Rainbow in my new Yoga yest. I Am a Rainbow.🌈😍

I am aware of what is

I allow the universe to guide me, listening and course correcting

I aim to be aligned morally, ethically and spiritually

CONSISTANT IMPERFECT PRACTICE

DAY 18.... Come on I can make it to 21!

Out in the park today, I'm so lucky for passers by that check on me in savasana. I might not be okay, and that's lovely that people will stop, face their own social anxiety and approach me if I've not moved in a while. I think that's really brave, and that is an occupational hazard being a do-Yoga-anywhere kind of teacher.

The Human Race Never fails to amaze. Can you think of a time when some one did something so utterly selfless that it made you emotional?!

CONSISTANT IMPERFECT PRACTICE🤌

Mindful on day 16

Taking myself into the forest to be by the creak.
I Meditate to the Sound of the Water rolling over stones and Wood rolling over the Tibeten Bowl rim. I AFFIRM:

I Give to the trees my Troubles
I Give to the Trees my Breath

I Let go of the past
I Let thoughts come and go

I Accept the Events that have Happened
I Accept Myself for who I am Right Now

I Trust that I am exactly Where I need to be Right Now
I Trust in Myself

By being in Nature or viewing scenes of Nature there is:

REDUCTION of Blood Pressure, production of Stress Hormones, Overactive Mind, Fear, Anger, Stress, Anxiety.

INCREASES in Pain Management, Sense of purpose/fulfillment, Psychological Wellbeing, Vitality, Ability to Pay Attention, Connection to the Larger World View, Feelings of Unity with Neighbours/ Community, Capacity to Cope with Life's Demands, Empathetic and Compassionate Neural PATHWAYS.
