Our standards for grading is high, it’s a priority over & above the fee.
But let me tell you why.
In an era where instant gratification is expected, especially with children, the impact on work ethic, the principle of doing our best, having patience & seeking continued personal improvement has been massively impacted. This also rolls out to when these children grow up & start a career - where all these things will be a bit of a shock.
We use martial arts as a tool for self development and reaching our full potential.
We implement this through persistently sticking to our values.
But this is what may happen…
There are other clubs that may not have the same values, and are more comfortable to encourage gratification. If you want to go down that route, we’re probably not going to be the club for you, but if you want to bridge the gap, you’re at exactly the right place because everything we do is to support you in that.
Your child may be niggled at some point, but I promise you, if they continue in an environment that underpins these values, it’ll be hugely beneficial to counter the impact of modern society.
Whilst I can’t promise they’ll always like having to work hard, I can promise you it’ll be one of the greatest investments you’ve made in your child.
