Wishing all my gym users a very happy Xmas and new year ,great support from all the local community lots of new and old faces enjoying the privacy and facilities we offer .Looking forward to seeing all you guys next year and for those who haven’t realised we are on your doorstep get in touch it might be what your looking for , those who stuff their faces and over indulge over the next week or so you might want to look in the mirror . Good health and fitness isn’t joining the gym for January and February it’s always work in progress train and maintain.
