Memorial Day 2026✅

With no game this weekend, it’s time to start looking ahead to one of the most important dates in the Tupton RUFC calendar 💙💛

Join us on Saturday 9th May 2026 for our Annual Memorial Day, a day where we come together to honour and remember those who are no longer with us, celebrating their lives and the memories they leave behind.

There’s something for everyone throughout the day, including:
🏉 Junior rugby
🎶 Live music from The Thursday
🎉 Activities for all ages
…and much more still to be announced!

Don’t miss the Memorial Day Match as the Blues take on the Golds, kicking off at 3pm.

🏉 Fancy a run out?
Any players whether former, retired, or from other clubs, who would like to get involved are more than welcome. Get in touch and we’ll happily add you to the list. Everyone will get some game time!

The day begins at 12pm and continues late into the evening, and best of all, it’s free for everyone to attend.

🏉 **FULL TIME RESULT** 🏉

Notts Casuals 30 – 20 Tupton RUFC

A tough one to take after a strong first half saw Tupton head into the break leading 20–5. Unfortunately, we couldn’t quite get out of gear in the second half or match Casuals’ intensity. A couple of costly mistakes led to tries, allowing the hosts to turn things around and claim all 5 league points.

A cracking game of rugby nonetheless, and we thank Notts Casuals for both the match and their hospitality 🤝

There are no fixtures next weekend due to the Easter break, as the lads head off on tour… *“The Mission To Ripon”* 🍻

We’re back in action on April 11th with both sides at home, alongside a **Family Day** at The Rec! Plenty going on for both younglings and adults, more details to follow 👀

As always, thank you to all our travelling support on Saturday, it really does make a difference to the lads!

Unfortunately, there is no Second XV fixture this weekend, but all focus is on getting behind the 1st XV as they look to put in a big performance on home turf.

This weekend, Tupton RUFC First XV are back in action as they take on Nottingham Casuals at Canal Side! 💪

At present, there’s no fixture for the Second XV, but this could change if we have sufficient interest, so keep an eye out for updates.

As always, your support is hugely appreciated by all the players and coaching team. Let’s make some noise from the sidelines!

A fantastic day for Tupton RUFC, with both senior sides securing victories in this weekend’s fixtures.

First XV
Tupton RUFC 33 – 11 Mosborough

Second XV
Tupton RUFC II 46 – 36 Ashfield II

The Second XV were involved in a high-scoring contest on the road, coming out on top in an entertaining game at Ashfield. Meanwhile, the First XV delivered a strong performance at home to secure a well-earned win.

A big thank you to everyone who came down to support, particularly at home where we celebrated VP’s Day. With a packed clubhouse and a fantastic atmosphere throughout, the day was a great success both on and off the pitch.
