Today was as always when doing our workshops… incredible!

We had the privilege of working with Malvin’s Primary School in Blyth.

Around 50-60 children per year group.
Seven year groups.
That’s roughly 350-420 young people we got to impact in a single day.

Think about that for a second.

350+ children learning how to stand taller.
Speak with confidence.
Believe in themselves.
And understand that being a superhero isn’t about having superpowers…

It’s about having courage, kindness, resilience and doing the right thing when nobody is watching.

Most people think martial arts is about punches and kicks.

We use martial arts as the vehicle.

The destination is confidence.
The destination is leadership.
The destination is helping young people become the best version of themselves.

Tomorrow we’re off to Southridge in Whitley Bay to do it all again.

We work with schools across the local area delivering completely free workshops that empower children, build confidence, improve focus and teach practical life skills they’ll carry with them long after the session ends.

We only have a handful of workshop spaces remaining for this academic year.

If you’re a teacher, parent, or know a school that would benefit, ask them to get in touch as soon as possible.

And the best bit.
It’s completely FREE

Just a mission to help more young people realise the superhero that’s already inside them 🌪️

Most people think martial arts is just about punches, kicks, fitness self-defence etc…

And it is. Kinda…

BUT!
The longer you train, the more you realise it’s about something deeper.

In a world full of distractions, the mats give you a chance to be fully present.
A way to challenge yourself.
And really discover what you’re really capable of.

And along the way, you build something that’s becoming harder and harder to find in this mad world of ours…

Real connection, genuine friendships and a community that pushes you to become the best version of you 👊

And the kids don’t even realise how much they’re learning along the way 👊

Most people see kids hitting pads.

We see kids learning how to push through when things get tough.
How to stay focused when they’d rather quit.
How to build confidence by keeping promises to themselves.
And how to get back up after setbacks.

Hitting pads is just the vehicle.

The real goal… creating positive & strong humans 🙏

Because the habits they build here will serve them long after they walk out the Tempest door 🌪️
