Our new Chair Pilates and Relaxation Group starts next week! Tuesday 15th September! 📅

It's a new weekly group for adults of all ages, with Chair Pilates from 11:00am till 11:30am followed by a Sound Bath relaxation experience from 11:45am till 12:00pm, and then a cuppa and chat to round things off. 🙌🏻

No booking required, just turn up on the day.

Wonderful experience at our Pilates Retreat, Shepherds Dene, Riding Mill.
Companionship and community in such a stunning landscape and nurturing environment.

Mat Pilates, Chair Pilates, Gratitude Jars and Journals with Mindful Walks. Superb food and comfort.

Special treatments with Ellie from Ouseburn Massage, Tropic face cleansing and hand treatments with Vicki. Sound Bath with Alison.
