Pilates with Christine Friendly, community based Pilates and Dance classes designed to encourage and develop fitness at all levels. A great class to get you active.

Also accessible for beginners, seniors and those wishing to have a more active lifestyle, and make new friends. CLASSES JANUARY 2022:
