Humbling fact: You never arrive. You just keep reaching. That’s the whole point! Joining yoga class on random Tuesdays will change your life. And here’s a brutal truth: you only will understand this when you tripped over branch and fell, breaking your hip. There at that very moment you will wish you took your fitness, mobility and aging a bit more seriously.
That tripping could be ‘oops’ moment not a broken ankle or hip!

Invest in your own body by starting this week - the rest has ZERO importance when you feel unwell or broken ( mentally or physically)

Today’s yoga workshop was all about the part of the body where most of us carry our stress without even realising it.

What I love about these monthly sessions is the room full of likeminded people.
Different ages, different abilities, different starting points but everyone working towards the same thing: better alignment, better movement, better days, graceful aging!

That’s what postural correction is really about. Not a quick fix. A commitment you make to your body, session by session.

This isn’t about the perfect plank.
It’s about the embodiment of posture under load.
Whether you’re on your knees or performing advanced movements, the principles remain the same:

Yoga doesn’t stop when you leave the mat.
Today’s YTT session was all about embodying POSTURE in the gym.
Your strength should support your alignment not compromise it. If the weight makes you lose your posture, it’s too heavy.

Train with awareness. Lift withnt at integrity. Embody good posture in every rep.

I won’t make you do it! Unless…you want to try

Last week I had a twinge in my glute with a pinch of sciatica from sitting, preparing postural analysis reports for my clients.

so.. naturally, I turned to personal spine reset.

Aerial silks, gravity, and 30 minutes of deep decompression. It works beautifully for me, but as a posture expert, I know that you don’t need to hang upside down to fix your back.
You just need the right method.

This morning before teaching YTT 200hrs I did some strength/ stretch and spine decompression routine

It’s fascinating how in era of AI we still think that having a good posture is unimportant. Yet those who get it don’t have bad knees, hips, neck pain, or lowers back pain. I can only inspire you but you have to take responsibility for your healthy aging yourself 😉
