A second placed finish confirms our third promotion in 4 seasons which sees the ressies reach alliance division 1 for the first time!

North Sunderland 2-1 Shields

The lads fell to their 3rd defeat of the season to a strong North Sunderland side. Plenty of rotation within the team, however our opponents got better as the game went on and took the 3 points after we lead at half time.

The Central Employment & Tyne Tunnels MOTM goes to skipper Andy Coleman despite leading his side to defeat and some questionable singing in stack later that night. In all seriousness, great performance at the back, won everything in the air and composed when playing out from the back👏🏼

A great result tonight against a very strong Blyth side who should do well next season!

A closer game then we would have liked but the 3 points all but confirms promotion to the 1st Division, unless an extremely superior goal difference is overturned.
