BKB GYM NEWCASTLE – UPDATED CLASS TIMETABLE 🥊 starting Monday 7th September

Our weekly class schedule has now been updated. Whether you’re looking to learn boxing, improve your fitness, sharpen your skills or get some rounds in, get yourself down to the gym. 👊

🥊 ADULT CLASSES
Monday: 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Thursday: 6:00pm – 7:30pm

🥊 ADULT SPARRING
Wednesday: 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Saturday: From 10:00am - 11:30am

🦍 KIDS BOXING – AGES 10–14
Monday: 4:30pm – 5:30pm
Thursday 4:30 - 5:30pm

All abilities welcome. Come down, put the work in and be part of the team.
