🗣️”We’re all buzzing to be going into Sunday for the FA Cup. It’s the competition that every single one of us is so proud to be part of.

Ella Fawcett - Development Team Captain shares her thoughts ahead of Sunday’s first fixture in a new home 🏡

🗣️”No game last weekend just meant more time to put in the work. We have been pushing hard in training all week with one clear goal in mind: our first home game at the ProAmpac Stadium 3G.

As a fairly new group, this extra time has been massive for building our connections on the pitch and gelling as a unit. We hope to improve on our first game by keeping a clean sheet and bringing the 3 points home. We can’t wait to get out there in front of our home crowd.”

Our 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 Lincolnshire Football Association County Cup fixtures have been drawn.

The 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 will play away to Cleethorpes Town Women.

The 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 will host Skegness Town Women at The ProAmpac 3G.

Fixtures will take place on 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟖𝐭𝐡 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 - venues and times can be subject to change.

This evening we were honoured to join Lincolnshire Football Association and County Cup Competition Lead - Ryan Oates to draw U12, U14, U16 girls and The Womens County Cups.

Lincoln Women CEO - Katie Rowson was joined by Social and Community Lead - Carole Simpson and Sam and Ella of The Development Team.

We wish everyone the very best of luck in the competition and look forward to celebrating female football across the county.
