Ruston Sports FC Women are looking to add new players to strengthen the squad ahead of the 2026/27 season – competing in the LWGFL Open Age Premier League.
Currently Double Winners: Premier League and Plate Champions! 💪

We’ve got a strong, competitive group in place and are keen to bring in players who can add quality, experience and depth in key areas of the pitch. If you’ve played before and are looking for a new challenge in a positive, team-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you 🙌

A strong performance on the road on Sunday saw us come away with a 5–2 win against Bottesford Ladies.

Bottesford made it a tough and competitive game throughout — they pushed us all the way and showed great spirit.

An important win for the ladies and the first game of an important week!

A dominant performance at home on Sunday 💪⚽

Ruston Sports Women’s FC put in a superb display to secure a 4-0 win over Boston Town Ladies FC. From start to finish, the team showed real quality on the ball, with some excellent passing moves and great teamwork throughout.

A special mention to the defence and goalkeeper for keeping a well-earned clean sheet 👏

A fantastic all-round performance — hard work, composure, and clinical finishing. On to the next!

A tough semi-final battle this Sunday, but the team showed real quality when it mattered. Clever passing, strong communication, and a determined performance saw us come out on top and secure our place in the final 💪
