My name is Aimee, I was a gymnast for many years and then turned to coaching, I love introducing children to gymnastics my aim is to let them have fun learning new dances and skills whilst making friends, in a safe environment.

A very fun holiday club today, it was 🔥 so we took our time and played some games to cool us down in-between the gymnastics and dance! The children were all a pleasure to have, lots of prizes won, I hope they enjoyed it as much as I did! Looking forward to the next one already!

The last Wednesday session before the holidays a great end to a great term! Fun and games followed by showing something we have learnt keep practicing over the summer and cant wait to see you all in September!

And thats a wrap for my tuesday night club until after the summer holidays, so many achievements, so many laughs and smiles and most importantly so much confidence built! We had a fun games session tonight to celebrate but that didn't stop Lexi and Nellie getting a new skill and achieving thier kick over fantastic girls 👏

What a fantastic session, so many new skills! Frog balance, headstands, headstand to handstand...just amazing!! Goes to show that each week you are all progressing and just because you dont get a skill one week doesnt mean it won't come at all! Well done to each and everyone of you feeling very proud tonight!

⭐️⭐️Didn't manage to get a photo of our star of the session (to busy handing out sweets and singing happy birthday) but here she is! A huge well done to this star who was so helpful with the younger children giving them tips and showing them what to do, little coach in the making! Great work!

More than just gymnastics tonight, we had a birthday girl who didn't miss her gymnastics session and celebrated with me and her gym friends ❤️ great night with lots of working towards cartwheels looking at each shape and different preps.....the birthday girl even managed to get the full skill!!!
