SKILL FIRST. TECHNIQUE SECOND. 🎯⛳️

The goal with Doug was clear: develop a predictable, controllable fade. ↪️

But while his intention was fade, his movement was still producing more of a draw pattern.

So the technique had to serve the skill. 🧠

Over the last few months, we’ve developed a more centred pivot, with the club staying more in front and working more upright. 🏌️‍♂️

The result? 👇

🎯 A more authentic fade pattern
📈 A more predictable ball flight
👌 More control of the shot

Define the skill first. Then build the technique to create it.

At the inception of the Scottish Mid‑Amateur Championship, we made a commitment to recognise and reward exceptional achievement within the mid‑amateur game in Scotland.

We are delighted to announce that an invitation has been accepted by the newly crowned Scottish Amateur Champion, Greg McClellan of Stirling Golf Club , to join the field.

His achievement showcases the exceptional quality we have within Scotland’s mid‑amateur ranks, and we look forward to seeing him test his game alongside Scotland’s leading mid‑amateurs.
