Athelstaneford Play Group

Athelstaneford Play Group Community volunteer and friendly stay and play group. Mondays, 10.30 to 12 noon. £3 per family. Booking essential for adults due to Covid restrictions.

Parents, grandparents and carers are all welcome and there are plenty of toys for babies and toddlers. Come and have a cup of coffee or tea and a biscuit (snacks also provided for the toddlers) and most of all, have fun! See posts for further details.

We are still on the lookout for volunteers to help run this group- in particular we are looking for rota managers and helpers to run the sessions.

The sessions usually run on Monday mornings and need 1/2 people to help each week. It can be done easily with little ones in tow and just involves getting out the toys and then making a simple snack- full training can be given ☺️

Playgroup is taking a short pause for the next few weeks due to various reasons, including the upcoming bank holidays and in service days.

We are needing new volunteers to take on the running of playgroup after the summer holidays, please send us a message if you would be happy to do so. It would be a shame to lose this lovely group.

We are also always looking for people to help set up and do snack- the more volunteers we have the easier it is for everyone- again please send us a message if you are happy to help out occasionally.
