Does training hurt?.........

Well according to Adams face here, yes, sometimes.

Its necessary to experience as near to full intention as possible techniques to understand what they feel like (uke) as much as seeing what they do to your opponent.

This is why we cant train little youngsters who lack the discipline to accept the "gift" of pain.

Hi All...

Dates for note to attend if you can.

7th March, Chester. Lots of mixed instructors from Wales and England. Theme for the day will be sword!

11th April, Wallasey The Wirral. Wirral Dojo hosting a mix of instructors working on Jo techniques.

29th & 30th April, Rhyll North Wales, Spanish Dai-Shihan Cesar Pelegrin. Hosted by Shinden Dojo. If you know who he is, this is the one to make sure you attend.

Costs will be varied and minimal for the March and April ones. The Cesar seminar will be approx £50 o £70 for the weekend training but details TBC when known.
