Hope everyone is well and keeping up with thier good work & keeping fit !
Just a reminder about the warm weather , make sure you are keeping on top of your water intake .
The warmer you are the more you sweat .

Here below are requirements to keep well hydrated in the heat !

Water requirements during exercise in the heat depend on fluid loss from sweating. Sweat rate is proportional to metabolic rate and can amount to 3 to 4 liters per hour or as much as 10 liters per day. Training and heat acclimatization can increase sweat rate by 10 to 20 percent or 200 to 300 ml per hour.

4 week beguinners - Β£65

4 week intermediate- Β£75

4 week advanced - Β£85
( courses go with workout plans , intermediate & advanced not suitable for weight loss)

If you require consecutive weeks these are charged at Β£15 per week

Wall pilates course 28 days Β£55!

Cluster sessions - Β£170 for 12 weeks , free food plan & free no obligation consultation .

Cluster sessions - Β£85 6 weeks

Online or in person at my home gym

Food plan on its own -Β£5 ( must already have a work out plan )

Boot camp - Β£25
( high intensity )

Group / party Β£10 per head
(Min 5 max 10)

Price per hour if not taking clusters - Β£15
