Thinking of trying something new?
Pilates is a low impact, gentle strengthening exercise for all bodies, genders and abilities.
In my classes, I offer different options and progressions for all abilities from using a chair for low impact, to higher level classical pilates moves for people who want to advance their practice.
No prior experience in any sort of exercise is required.
Feel free to come and practice with a Body Control Pilates certified instructor, who is also a musculoskeletal therapist in the NHS.
The first session is free for everyone.
