🪐COSMOS GO DEEP!🪐
Sunday afternoon saw the Cosmos welcome the Belfast Angels to The Green. The visitors fired in 3 runs, before the Cosmos responded with 6 of their own! 💪 A further 3 and a shutout for the Angels saw them tie the game in the 2nd inning, before they found their rhythm and scored 7 with a second shutout. The Cosmos showed great patience at the plate and walked in an impressive 9 runs. 🔥 The Angels pulled further ahead with 8 & 5 runs scored in the 5th and 6th innings. Final score - Angels 30 - Cosmos 15.
The Cosmos are delighted with the result as it shows further improvements and progression in our game. Big hits, tight defence, and patience at the plate when it mattered. Onwards and upwards! Thankyou Belfast Angels Softball Club for a great game, and best of luck with the rest of your season. 🪐🤝😇

*2 weeks (at time of writing. Now 5 weeks)

*The fact in 2 weeks I have found a softball communtiy that accepts everyone. The supports and friends I have made already has been amazing!
