ow they should look at maybe mixing it up or trying a new approach..or any other questions you may have.. It is said 20% training, 70% diet and 10% rest/sleep a day. You can train intensely for 45 minutes or 1 1/2 hours a day, but it is how you spend the other 22 1/2 hours of your day through a healthy balanced diet and getting plenty of rest and sleep for maximum muscle growth and repair, and to recuperate for the following day.
