Brand NEW beginners pole 4 week course starts in Carrowdore this Feb.
When? Starts Thursday 16th April

Day/time? Thursday 6.30 -7.30pm for 4 weeks

How much ? £54

Complete Beginners are welcome!

No upper body strength or previous experience required. You will build the strength, flexibility & endurance needed as you go.

Pole provides an all over body workout! Learn new skills in a fun & supportive environment whilst sculpting your body and improving coordination & confidence.
