Here at CrossFit Resplendent you won’t find rows of treadmills or machines with lonely individuals plodding along. What you will find equally minded and motivated group of ‘athletes’ (all who attend regardless of gender, age of ability are classed as athletes) carrying ou

t the daily WODs together. It is a growing community helping people to improve their mental and physical well-being using the CrossFit methodology to function fitness. Each class is coach led with a qualified CrossFit Coach and starts with a warm up, includes a scalable workout and ends in a cool down. This Saturday, our teams step beyond the comfort of familiar walls and onto the competition floor at The Village Throwdown Moira .

That takes guts.

They’re not going because it’ll be easy. They’re going to test themselves, embrace the nerves and discover what happens when they choose courage over comfort.

They’ll carry more than the Resplendent name—they’ll represent every coach, training partner and member of our community who helped prepare them.

Local competitions are the heartbeat of our sport. They deserve athletes willing to compete, gyms willing to support them and communities loud enough to shake the building.

So go hard. Back each other. Leave absolutely nothing on the floor.

Thursday at CrossFit Resplendent is about more than simply getting through a workout—it’s about learning, practising and becoming a more capable athlete.

From early-morning Conditioning and our Veterans class to Grunt Work and evening Gymastery, there’s something for every age, ability and goal.

SUNDAY REFLECTIONS

Yesterday’s Avenge Summer Throwdown was a brilliant reminder of what competition is really about—testing yourself, stepping outside your comfort zone and sharing the floor with some incredible people.

Proud of everyone who competed, supported, judged and gave their energy throughout the day. Experiences like these build more than fitness—they create memories, strengthen friendships and remind us why we love this community.

A huge thank you to for capturing the magic moments, to for giving us the platform and everyone involved in organising and delivering such a fantastic event. Your hard work behind the scenes certainly didn’t go unnoticed.

Another competition in the books. Lessons learned, memories made—and we keep moving forward. 💪
