We’ve had excellent feedback from our new beginner classes already, with clients saying they feel supported, comfortable and really enjoyed their first experience!

BEGIN! is our Level 1 class designed for complete beginners, returners, or anyone who wants to learn the foundations properly before progressing.

You don’t need experience.
You don’t need flexibility.
You don’t need to feel confident walking in.

We’ll guide you step by step through the basics of breath, alignment, core connection, control and movement so you can build strength safely and feel good in your body.

BEGIN! classes run every:
