Today is world mental health day.
We're a bunch of women who want to support each other. So we encourage you, if you're struggling with your mental health it really helps to talk about it. Reach out to someone and have a chat. Friend, family, someone you trust. If you feel you don't have that person to go to, we can certainly point you in the direction of a counsellor where you'll get that safe space to feel supported and heard.
Please please don't suffer in silence xx
