Warm Yoga & Pilates Foundations – 4 Week Course
7:15pm

🗓 Thursday 5th March – Hot Pilates (Warm)

This series is progressive. Each week builds.

We start in a warm (not hot) studio and gradually increase the temperature so your body adapts safely — improving mobility, strength and endurance without overwhelm.

As a wellness practitioner, I see it constantly — people jumping into advanced classes without understanding core control or alignment.

Strength without control leads to injury.

Flexibility without stability leads to imbalance.
