Flipnastics Gymnastics Club The Club offers a fun atmosphere and professional child centered gymnastics sessions for all levels and abilities; sessions focus on fundamental skills.

Kelly Morrow (British Gymnastics Qualified Coach) is an experienced coach who has opened Flipnastics within Glengormley High School. The Club offers a fun atmosphere and professional child centered gymnastics sessions for all levels and abilities; sessions focus on fundamental skills to further develop physical literacy in its young gymnasts. Gymnastics provides a great sport specific context for

the development of these skills including; flexibility, agility, co-ordination and balance. These skills are a great base for children and are easily transferable to many other sports and physical activity. Not only will Flipnastics gymnasts get the opportunity to meet new people and be truly involved within the club, but most importantly they will have FUN!!
