‘The Female Fat Loss Group’

This programme is for all you females out there who want to make a massive change in your life. Getting in better shape, increasing your knowledge in training and nutrition, increasing your confidence inside/ outside the gym and most importantly... getting RESULTS 🙆🏻‍♀️

Ive helped a lot of females go from not being able to lose weight, feeling like crap, not knowing what to do, to teaching them how to feel amazing, happier and how to stay in shape all year around.

This programme will start Mondag 18th February and will run every 6 weeks. There is a max limit to how much people I’m taking on, just so I can give you all the best possible coaching service and results I can 💃🏼

Fat loss can be hard if you make it hard. What I mean by this is, I always see people trying things that are to extreme. (You’re a Beginner, I’m guessing).

Stupid FAD diets month after month will just drive you crazy. Yeah, you might lose a few LB’s but they’re totally not sustainable (you will agree).
-
Things you might have experienced while on these diets... low energy, increased Hunger (a lot), terrible moods, no control in your nutrition..Sound familiar?
-
Stop with the extremes and start taking it a lot slower, don’t starve yourself, don’t try train 7 days a week, don’t cut a food group group out if you don’t have to.

Between Working on some projects for the new year and actually not having to worry about being always on social media has been great.

Being off social media a lot more has been amazing to be honest. Not glued to my phone 24/7 or flicking through naked selfies all day.

I don’t want someone feeling like crap or lost. I want to help people smash their results but... learn how to sustain it year around, be confident in the gym floor, feel amazing about themselves, enjoy training and nutrition and just have a better outlook on life🙌🏻

How to make the gym effective as a beginner?..

Considering the goal is fat loss.. We’re trying to burn more calories but we also want to be increasing muscle size.

Learn how to do certain movements, the bigger movements. Squat, deadlift, shoulder press, lat pulldown etc. Once the form is nailed and you can do the exercises properly, now it’s time to start increasing weight etc.

Log the workouts down, weight, sets, reps, rest time etc. Try to increase the weight, reps or sets week on week. Though, don’t let the form slip.

Also make it consistent, don’t do it for a week on then 2 weeks of. It needs to be consistent week in week out.

Last but not least, making sure your nutrition is on point. The corny saying ‘can’t out train a bad diet’.. well you can’t. Enough calories, enough protein, enough quality foods consumed.
