With the weather picking up, we’ve decided to take this one outside and enjoy that sunshine!

𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝟏: 12 cal AirBike
𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝟐: 15 kettlebell swings
𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝟑: 12 reverse lunges (6 each leg)
𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝟒: 10 push-ups
𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝟓: 12 box step-ups (6 each leg)

You complete the work at the start of each minute, then rest for whatever time is left before moving into the next station.

Sometimes it’s as simple as taking the session out for a change of pace. Fresh air, a different setting, same work getting done.

Pull-ups don’t need much explaining.

They challenge your back, arms and grip, but more than that, they demand control of your own bodyweight from start to finish.

There’s no real way to hide in them. Each rep tells you exactly where you’re at.

Done properly and built up over time, they carry over into a lot more than just this movement.
