HE DID IT! 🚜A massive congratulations to our legend of a past participant and mentor, Drew Rees, for passing his tractor driving test! 🎉

He literally couldn't wait to show off and drove straight over to visit us at The Game Change Project.

We knew he was arriving because we could see that shiny New Holland gleaming from miles away (and honestly, we’re just glad he remembered where the brakes were! 😉💙).

In all seriousness, we are incredibly proud. Drew has officially launched Drew Rees Agri Contracting! 🌾🚜 If you need top-tier agricultural work done by a truly hardworking guy who is now 100% legal on the roads, get in touch with him!

Welcome to the herd, Sorrell! 🌟
We are absolutely thrilled to introduce Sorrell Miller, who has officially joined us as the very first Apprentice at The Game Change Project!

Sorrell will be stepping into the role of Assistant Coach for our Animal Care and Equine courses. Over her apprenticeship, she will be developing her coaching skills, working closely with our young people, and helping to care for our amazing animals.

This fantastic opportunity has been made possible thanks to the support of the Porth Gwyrdd scheme, and we are incredibly grateful for their investment in local youth and skills development.

This week at The Game Change Project, our young people have been crushing it by taking ownership of their days and leveling up their organization.

Real growth starts with small changes. Here is how our team showed up and took responsibility this week:

Beating the alarm ⏰ Getting up earlier to make sure they were ready and on time.

Dressing for success 🥾 Choosing the right footwear and gear for the job.

Creating routines 🔄 Building daily habits that set them up to win.

Staying organized 🎒 Making small, daily adjustments to stay ahead of the game.

When you take responsibility for the little things, you build the independence to conquer the big things. Huge shoutout to everyone who stepped up their game this week—keep tracking forward! 🙌

We are so excited that Logan is joining our volunteer Joanne Is'lush Evans - jumping out of a plane all in the name of helping young people. Please show your support by liking, sharing and sponsoring.

As part of a social value project, we've challenged our apprentices to raise £6,000 for the Game Change Project, an incredible charity that supports young adults with additional needs into employment.
