Ai doesn't have a patch on our social media and planning team 🥴🤣

But..

Behind every post is a person taking the time to write the words.

Behind every class is a pen and paper list of the names of each attendee

With every list is a coach who knows exactly what each person wants/needs to have a fulfilled class

It will soon be go time so we wanted to share what we have in store for the day so far!

We want EVERYONE involved in this day for Al, even if you are not racing, come along and support! Bring your big cheerleading voices and enjoy what the day has to offer!

HY-MAC 5.0 BETTER TOGETHER

We can't emphasise this enough.
Be a part of a TEAM
Work TOGETHER
Achieve TOGETHER
Finish TOGETHER

How the day will look;

○ TEAMS OF 4 ONLY
○ Standard Hyrox format
○ Double the stations, split however between 4
○ Not a relay
○ All teams must run TOGETHER for every 1km
● Do not leave a team member behind ●

🏃‍♀️1km Run (start and between each stations)
⛷️ 2km ski
🛷 100m Sled Push
🛷 100m Sled Pull
🐸 160m Burpee Broad Jumps
🚣‍♀️ 2km Row
👨‍🌾 400m Farmers Carry
🦵 200m Lunges
⏺️ 200 Wall Balls

⏱️ 15 min start waves

All entries fees will go to the charity groups dedicated through

We will leave the entry fee up to you.
Donate what you can 🫶
To monitor entries we will ask for donations to be sent to us and we will send one big donation at the end

So tag your team mates, friends and local gyms. Even if you didn't know Al, all of us are BETTER TOGETHER 🤍

Where do we even begin 💔

We are not even sure what to write because words aren't enough to express what we are sure the whole community feels so deeply.

Tom. A young man who has been a long standing member of N-MAC having joined in 2018 and whilst we never trained with him directly, his loss will be felt by all of our bodybuilding community.

Aled. The chap who put his electric energy into any kind of training he could. He was a massive part of our classes where his gym ethic matched his everyday work and life ethic. Always giving 110%. He didn't care what walk of life you came from, he had a helping hand for anyone and now there will always be an Aled shaped hole missing from our community.
