We have had a fantastic day working at the womens tour of Britain 🇬🇧 it was so much fun setting activities up for the children, seeing them learn new skills on the pump track and also seeing the tour fly through Rhayader! They were speedy! ⚡️ blink and you'd miss them! Di Iawn to everyone involved for a brilliant day 👏

What a brilliant day at the Kindness Festival in Newtown!🥳

​We put on a range of sporting events for the children today, we had frisbee golf, football skills, and a whole mix of athletics fun going on.

It was also just great to see the kids using the cones and balls in their own way and having so much fun.

​Thank you all so much for coming down to join us and for all of the support. We gave out loads of stickers and freebies, and I really hope everyone had lots of fun! ❤️

I'm still in my own graduation bubble 🎓

This week has been so busy with the royal welsh show and everything in-between I haven't sat down to sink it all in until now.

But this morning, I had a photoshoot with CapturedbyCatherine and she was incredible, she made us feel welcome, relaxed and i would definitely recommend her and will be using her again!.🩷

This was a quick photo we took on my phone so the quality isn't great, but I'm looking forward to seeing the professional ones Catherine took as she was so good at doing exactly what I requested.

Now, I have the week off work, so a meal out & some cheeky drinks to celebrate 🥂

Appreciate all the messages, gifts and cards. What wonderful people I have around me. Heres to the future, to finally getting to slow down and be with my (not so) little people. 🍾
