I had a passion for running, and always loved feeling fit and healthy. Fourteen years ago, I started a family and although absolutely loved being a Mum, unfortunately couldn’t continue with my exercise regime due to commitments. My job at the time was office based also, which meant continuously sitting at a desk for 8 hours a day. My life had gone from very active to sedentary, I lost my level of

fitness and craved that feeling of health and well-being. I missed the way exercise made me feel. After approximately 10 years of living this way, I began to gain time back for myself, and couldn’t wait to get back into shape. After starting with cardio, progressing to HITT and Circuits classes and then to Weight Training, my passion for fitness grew once more and I decided to become a Personal Trainer. I have transformed my body in a way I never thought possible after joining N-MAC in Newtown, and I now want to help other women do the same. I want to pass along my existing knowledge and enthusiasm with the highest standard of service, to those wanting to adopt a lifestyle of physical and mental well-being.

Happy New Year everyone ✨️

I have a few available slots for PT available from next week. These are as follows:-

Monday's at 2pm
Thursday's at 2.15pm
Thursday's at 3.15pm

These are all based at my home gym in Tregynon. I can do 1 to 1 PT sessions or 2 to 1 PT sessions, so if you'd like to work out alone or with a friend, it's up to you.

All nutrition advice will be included within the cost of the PT sessions, so this will help you achieve good results in the fastest possible way.

If any of these slots are of interest to you, please can you contact me ASAP as they will fill up very quickly.

She's worked so hard having PT sessions twice per week with myself and eating correctly with my guidance. She realises now that she can still live her life and enjoy the foods she loves, but at the same time, not allow this to interfere with her progression. It's all about consistency and everything in moderation 💪

The first photo in November 22 shows that she'd already built a lot of muscle, but the second photo taken in March 23 shows incredible growth. Just a shame we don't have a photo when she started.

I am pleased to announce that I have just completed my home gym and am now looking to offer personal training sessions in Tregynon, either 1 to 1 or 2 to 1, from the New Year (as well as NMAC Gym in Newtown).

This will be available for all fitness levels from beginner to intermediate and advanced.

Within my cost I will include nutrition advice so that you will be able to reach your required goals in the fastest time possible.

Becoming fit and healthy can help improve many health issues, and over the past few years I've helped a multitude of clients (of all ages), lose weight, build muscle, overcome depression, improve menopausal symptoms, reverse diabetes, reduce blood pressure, reduce medication intake for numerous ailments and much more.

Llion has always trained regularly but did not know how to feed his body properly to get the results that he desired. I've worked alongside him teaching him the importance of a nutritious diet, putting him on the correct macro split and ensuring he's in a daily calorie deficit.

I am excited to announce my rebranding this morning 😁

During the past few months in lockdown, I decided I wanted something to work towards and therefore wanted to spend time focusing on developing my business.
-
I believe the rebranding has given it a fresh new look and I'm really pleased with how the design has developed 😍
-
I am also currently studying pre and post natal exercise so that it broadens my knowledge within the fitness industry. I plan to encourage women to train safely during and post pregnancy and help them become aware that pregnancy doesn't mean that training is impossible or that their usual training regiment has to stop. It's just a matter of producing /altering training plans to suit the given trimester and the recovery of giving birth, either naturally or by cesarean section.

With being a Mum of two myself, I've experienced how the body changes during the pre and post natal stages and how with the correct training, you can build a strong physique.

I'm really looking forward to getting back into the gym at the end of April to continue to do the job that I love, working alongside my clients to help them achieve their goals.
