THE BOOST CONFIDENCE PROJECT; Lose your next 5lbs in just 30 days!

I'm looking for 10 men and women from Newtown and the surrounding area, who are tired of quick-fix diet plans and workouts routines that are designed for people with no responsibilities.

Maybe you've gained weight and don’t recognise the person looking back at you in the mirror anymore.

Maybe your fitness isn't where you'd like it to be and you’re starting to struggle doing the things you love.

Maybe you've lost confidence in yourself and keep saying, "I'll start next week" (but deep down you know “next week” never comes).

The truth is, you're not lazy.

In fact you’re like most ordinary people, you’re busy!

You have a life, you have commitments.

Maybe you have a family, or a demanding work schedule.

And before you know it, months (or even years) have passed without making yourself a priority.

I completely get it.

That's why I've decided to launch The BOOST Confidence Project.

My goal is simple:
✅ Help 10 local men and women get in the best shape of their lives, both mentally and physically, without spending everyday in the gym.
✅ Show you that fat loss doesn't require giving up all of your favourite foods. I’ll give you the same exact methods my clients use to still enjoy meals out and even enjoy a glass of wine at the weekend, without feeling guilty.
✅ Teach you how to build healthy habits that actually fit around work, kids or family life that could otherwise get on top of you and knock you off track.
✅ Give you a clear plan so you can stop starting over every Monday and finally get back to loving the person you see in the mirror again.

As part of the BOOST Confidence Project, I'd like to invite you down to my private studio for a completely FREE 60-minute PT session.

Don't worry this won’t be 60 minutes of pure exercise.

We'll spend time talking about:
• Your goals
• What's holding you back
• The mistakes keeping you stuck
• Building a practical plan you can start immediately

We'll do a short training session so you can experience what coaching with me is actually like.

I hear you, what's the catch?

Honestly, there isn't one.

I'm simply looking to help more people locally and show them what's possible with the right support.

Cause tomorrow will always come. And the next day. And the next month. And the next year.

But who do you want looking back at you in the mirror?

Is it this version of yourself?

Or the person you want to be when you imagine the best version of yourself?

Cause both versions are possible.

One takes no work.
The other takes some work.

I can tell you what all of the clients i have worked with so far would say has been the hardest part in their journey..

It wasn’t the early morning workouts for some.
It wasn’t even the workouts after a hard day in work.
And it definitely wasn’t tracking their food.

It was taking that first step. Making that promise to themselves that this really is the time they’d make the change.

Get clear on who you want to be and chase that image relentlessly.

But if i were to guess, you don’t want to continue living like this current version of yourself.

The one with low energy
Low Mood
Zero motivation.

You want to get back to being you, the real you.

The one who prioritised their health
The one who had energy for work and for the all important family time
The one who loved their life.

And i get it, not everyone has been there. Maybe you’ve never felt like that about yourself.

That’s where the results are.

Lack of time isn’t your biggest issue.

But you probably do need a better plan for the time that you do have.

Most people think getting fitter, stronger, or even preparing for something like HYROX means living in the gym.

It doesn’t.

It means doing the right things, consistently.

Built around your life.

Around work.
Around kids.
Around the weeks where energy feels low.

Because the goal isn’t to burn yourself out chasing fitness.

It’s to build something you can actually stick to.

That’s how real progress happens.

What if the scales aren’t the problem… but the pressure you put on them is?

You can train hard, eat well, and make genuine progress…

then one weigh-in doesn’t go your way, and suddenly you feel like none of it is working.

That’s where so many people get stuck.

They focus on one number…
and miss all the other signs that things are improving.

This post will help you zoom out, measure progress properly, and stop letting the scales control your mindset.

How many times has one weigh-in ruined your motivation?

You’ve trained hard.
You’ve tried to eat better.
You’ve made more effort this week than you usually do…

Then the scales don’t move.

Then it’s:

“What’s the point?”
“Maybe it’s not working.”
“I’ll start again Monday.”

And just like that, one number has more control over your week than all the good habits you’ve built.

I see this all the time.

People making genuine progress… but talking themselves out of continuing because the scales didn’t give them the answer they wanted that morning.

The problem isn’t always your effort.

Sometimes it’s the way you’re measuring progress.
