We’re recruiting a Bar Person for our Saturday afternoon & evening shift — someone confident behind the bar and comfortable working in a busy sports club.

You'll be Serving drinks quickly and confidently.
Keeping fridges & shelves full
Collecting glasses and keeping customer areas tidy.
Maintaining a clean, organised bar throughout the shift.
Be sociable & welcoming

18+ only.
Prior bar experience essential.
Friendly, sociable, and a proper team player, reliable with a strong work ethic

Sir Billy Boston inspired generations who followed him, and he did it with a smile, a kindness, and a quiet pride that made him loved far beyond the sport of Rugby League

What an amazing few days its been for these two ....
Tom Humphreys scored his first Super League try for Saints, and Ben Walkden claimed his first wickets for Lancashire CC 👊💪

Two massive moments both made even more special because both of their sporting journeys started right here at Newton Sports Club.

Tom came through Newton Storm and Ben through Newton CC both chosing to play their sport here at Newton Sports right upto signing professional contracts.

A huge testament to the dedication, graft and passion of the coaches across both sections.
This is exactly what grassroots pathways are all about..... local kids, local coaching providing opportunities for growth for everyone regardless of ability, giving players avenues to big futures.

We’re proud to be home to six sports at Newton Sports —
Cricket, Tennis, Rugby Union, Football, Rugby League and Padel — each with strong pathways from little tots all the way to adults, backed by some of the best facilities you’ll find anywhere

It's not just about what happens on the pitch though, it's the friendships made that last long after the final whistle is blown or the last ball bowled or served...
