Practicing the horse stance daily, to strengthen legs. Pelvis tucked under, relaxed into stance, leaning slightly forwards, back straight, I ain't slumping! feel the burn! 1 min build up to 5 mins, work your way lower over the coming days. Enjoy the granny dance
