CLASS TIMETABLE – WEEK COMMENCING 2/3 at Newton Fitness 🔥
Ladies, gents, beginners, and anyone ready to move better, feel fitter, and build confidence… our classes this week are here and we’ve got something for everyone 💪
Whether your goal is to tone up, burn calories, build strength, improve fitness, or just get back into a routine, these sessions are designed to push you in the best way possible while keeping the atmosphere supportive, motivating, and fun.
This week’s classes:
Monday – Ladies Only Kettlebells – 9:30am
Start the week strong with a kettlebell session designed to help you build strength, improve conditioning, and tone your full body. Perfect for all levels.
Tuesday – Ladies Only Circuit – 9:30am
A high-energy circuit class to help you burn fat, boost fitness, and leave feeling amazing. Expect a full-body workout in a supportive environment.
Tuesday – Mixed Kettlebells – 6:30pm
Our evening mixed kettlebell class is ideal if you want to get stronger, improve endurance, and challenge yourself after work.
Wednesday – Mixed Spin – 6:30pm 🚴
A brilliant class to burn calories, improve cardiovascular fitness, and push your stamina.
Limited spaces available – book early to avoid missing out.
Thursday – Mixed Kettlebells – 6:30pm
Finish the week with another powerful kettlebell session and head into the weekend feeling stronger, fitter, and accomplished.
