Some of you may have noticed the last month or so that our special's board has been on another level. This is due to our fantastic new Head Chef Joe O'Malley. Joe is a local lad (Whithorn) now residing in N.S, and has worked at the esteemed Cally Palace for 4 years as well as taking time to travel and work in Australia to hone some very fine cookery skills. We are very lucky to have this hard working talent leading our kitchen team and have some exciting things in the pipeline! Below are his fantastic "seafood bits" XL king scallops in roe lemon and parsley butter and fresh hake on a bed of creamy mash with lemon butter sauce. Absolutely delicious 😋 An official Wee Bits welcome from all of us Joe, the reviews we have had since your arrival from customers old and new speak for themselves 🥰
