This will allow the club and the fundraising committee to share information with our gymnasts, family and friends, and also allow you to share your ideas with us!

It's just 11 days to the MGC Funday, we can't wait to see all the gymnasts having lots of festive fun with their friends! For our display gymnasts, please remember that is also the deadline for our sponsored Tumble to Inverclyde so please have your sponsorship money handed in in cash by/on the 13th or on the Just Giving page ( https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/mearnsgymnastics?utm_medium=CR&utm_source=CL). Also if you are still wanting to buy professional photos taken of the display gymnasts at the club display, please do so as soon as possible (details and password sent by email). To all the club families, the fundraising committee is taking donations of teddies and soft toys for the stalls at the funday as well as good condition leotards and gymnastics wear. If you have anything you would like to donate, please hand them into class. And to get your attention here is a video of one of the display team's best tumblers Sophia who has completed her sponsored tumble! Well done Sophia ❤️

Wow, Mearns Gymnastics Club, what a fantastic show!! We hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did. Thank you to everybody who bought baking and raffle tickets, all the profit goes straight back into the club. For anyone who didn't get a chance to buy a ticket to try and win our signed Rangers shirt, despair not as they are still on sale until the 13th of December and can be bought at class. Finally a huge thank you to the wonderful Jen Scott Photography for taking photos of our two fabulous display teams today. Parents/carers of these gymnasts will receive an email in the next couple of weeks with details of where to see and purchase the photos

The annual display is tomorrow! The floor is set up, the raffle prizes are ready, the signature MGC empire biscuits are baked and most importantly the gymnasts are ready! All profits from tomorrow go directly back into the club towards our fundraising for equipment. EXCEPT...... we are delighted to have a very special prize we are raffling off to raise money towards the cost of sending our two display teams to their training camp in Inverclyde next year. Gymnast Harriet from our Junior Advanced Class has donated a signed Rangers shirt! We have had this professionally framed and we are running a raffle to be drawn at the club funday on 13th of December. We also have two Rangers related runner up prizes. Tickets for this separate raffle are £5 and we will begin sales tomorrow at the club display. If you are a Rangers fan, support your team as well as our club and bring cash along to buy a ticket tomorrow!

It's just 7 more sleeps until our annual display and we absolutely can't wait for you all to see how hard all of our gymnasts have been working, and they are so excited to perform for you all! On the day, please remember to bring cash (preferably change!) if you would like to buy any raffle tickets or baking. This is the club's main fundraiser of the year and all proceeds go towards essential new equipment for the gymnasts to use. Our raffle prizes are looking amazing already, and we can still accept any more donations at class. If you would like to donate any baking, please bring it to class on Saturday or give it to one of the volunteers on arrival at the show on Sunday and as always, please ensure it is nut free! MGC and the fundraising committee would like to thank you all for all your ongoing support. See you next weekend 🥰

How are the display gymnasts getting on with their sponsored tumble to Inverclyde?! It's a chilly day and gymnastics is off so perfect to get them to do a few moves at home to get their rallies up!
