A magical rainbow accompanied me home after class tonight. Completely perfect after another chakra focussed pregnancy yoga class 🌈

Tonight was all about Manipura | Solar Plexus Chakra, the energy centre of personal power & manifestation.

☀️☀️☀️

Add to that the vibrant energy of the Summer Soltice and you’ve got a powerful recipe for some potent birth prep magic 💫

Together we sent out some beautiful intentions and I pretty sure that magnificent rainbow was saying, “Thanks! We’ve got it from here …..”

And so it is 💫

When I’m not teaching yoga, doula-ing of reflexology-ing I’m out in the woods with our beautiful dog Thandi.
I love taking pictures of the trees, plants, flowers and fungi throughout the seasons.

Sunday marks Litha the Summer Solstice and although it definitely doesn’t feel summery at all here in Glasgow the woods are bursting with colour, fragrance and a feeling of abundance.

The Solstice energy says it’s time for you to allow fullness and vibrancy in too!

This is my happy, wee face after another gorgeous maternity reflexology treatment

My clients always feel relaxed & balanced afterwards & I am always buzzing from the powerful energy of a body preparing to birth.

Generally my clients are snoozing but if they opened they’re eyes they would see me smiling away to myself, especially when I get a wee hit of baby energy at the womb reflex, it’s pure magic 💫

A few clients have suggested it’s quite Witchy, I cannot comment on that 🫢

I had the loveliest reflexology day with some third trimester clients helping to relax, support & prepare them for birth

I stepped out of my client’s house and was immediately hit by the sweet fragrance of these pretty flowers, heady & feminine. I had to hang out with them and the bees 🐝

Grateful to have time in my day to literally stop to smell the flowers 🌼

Started June off strong by being dumbfounded by a ridiculous detour on the back roads to Strathaven. This lead me to having a doula consultation via FaceTime in Lidl car park instead 😂

Serendipity stepped in to deliver me the very women I needed to assist with this client, who happened to be driving by, so we had a quick car park meeting 🩷

Happy client, BFF catch up & Lidl bakery Portuguese tarts in the bag

Not the plan but all in all great morning 😂
