U14 United had a great midweek away fixture with Fir Park Corner in Wishaw. What great hosts and a great wee set up they have!

Well done to tonight girls. Good controlled, hardworking performance with no subs. 🥵

Very safe defensive play at the back, working well together. Good passing, particularly in the second half, throughout the team.

Well done everyone, but particularly to our POTM unanimously voted for by the players - Layla. She was composed in defence and made some really good clearances. Worked really well together with her defensive partner, Farah, who was also excellent. Layla has only just come back from a long period out to injury - and the girls and coaches couldn't be happier to see her back on the pitch 👏🏼🔥⚽

Our u18s rounded off the 1st half of the season with a fine 6-3 win over Ayr Utd at 3Ms.

A great performance in a game played in good spirit by both teams.

Player of the game - Freya. Scored 2 great goals, played a part in both of Gaby’s and led the line really well. Shout outs to Laurina, Gaby and Amy, but in truth all 14 played really well.

St Cadoc’s Derby - United vs Albion

It really was a game of two halves in this derby clash. Albion were on the front foot from the first whistle, putting in a strong performance throughout the opening half. United responded brilliantly after the break, coming out fighting and taking the game to Albion in the second half.

It was a fantastic match to watch, with both sides playing some excellent football. There was great passing and movement all over the pitch, along with some spectacular saves at both ends. Most importantly, the game finished with all the girls still smiling and already looking forward to the next time these two teams meet. 💪🏻

Players of the Week go to Nicole, for flying out to help United in Netherlands and then stepping up once again with a great performance today, and Rachel for Albion, who put in a solid display right across the pitch.

It’s brilliant to see the development across both teams and the friendly rivalry that continues to push the girls on. Matches like these show just how far everyone is progressing and make all the hard work worthwhile. ❤️🖤

Congratulations on your awards day! To all the individual award winners - very well done! You have smashed it!

But to every player - you have all grown and developed in the game, keep doing what you are doing!

One of the best days of the season for St Cadocs club.

We have two presentation days annually as our girls have their presentation day in November - which is also a fantastic event for all the girls.

Today Presentation Day at Eastwood High School is from 9am till 6pm and the hard work putting it together is definitely worth it to see all the kids receive their awards.

We’re looking forward to seeing as many parents carers and grandparents come through the doors today!

St Cadocs 2012s have two teams currently Paisley and Johnstone division 1
We are holding open trials next week at Eastwood high school at 10.00am Saturday the 13th June for both teams
and everyone interested in this level can attend for the open trials…..
