It’s been almost 14 years since this man decided to drop like a domino and have a cardiac arrest right in front of myself and our running group. Between myself and we managed to keep him alive until the paramedics showed up. Still here to tell the tale, to buy me a coffee and let me harp on at him about his diet ♥️🥰🫶🤣
