Thinking about trying something… but not quite sure where to start?

This complete beginners Pilates course is designed for exactly that point. No experience needed, no pressure to keep up — just a gentle introduction in a small, private setting.

It’s a quieter space, away from busy gyms and big groups, where you can take things at your own pace and get comfortable with the basics.

We focus on simple, controlled movements to help you build strength, improve mobility, and feel a bit more at ease in your body — one step at a time.

If you’ve been meaning to start something for yourself, this is a gentle way to begin.
