What happens at Andys Man Club on a Monday night?

We sit in a circle.
We ask 5 questions.
We pass around a sponge football.
Everyone is given the opportunity to speak.
There's no pressure to speak.
It's confidential.
It's non-judgememtal.
It's free.
There's tea, coffee and biscuits provided.
It's 7-9pm every Monday (except Bank Holidays) at Newton Abbot Library 👌

At T60 GYMS you can bring your babies along, and take up as much space as you’d like!

If your little one is a bit older, bring some toys so they can keep themselves amused whilst you’re working out!

The baby gate / room divider separates all weights and resistance equipment from the cardio

For your warm up and cardio you can sit on the bike (holding babies is a fun extra challenge).
Then put the divider across and get on with your weights💪

You can train with confidence knowing they can’t accidentally crawl or stumble under you, or something heavy!
