102 HOURS FAST!!! What an incredible achievement right here by my client & friend Lee Cornish👏👍 The health benefits from restricting all calories/foods is endless. You only have to google (even helps fight against cancer!) to start and understand the incredible healing benefits our body goes through during this process. It’s so unnatural & unhealthy for us to be constantly consuming foods…..especially the awful rubbish we are tricked, in believing is healthy. LOW CALORIE/HIGH FIBRE/HIGH PROTEIN, are just a few key marketing lines to mislead us, as consumers 🤔 Every morning we break our fast with BREAK-FAST, so why not try to extend your period of not eating, a little further into the day……personally, I start eating from approximately 1pm onwards. I would strongly suggest giving it a go and simply extend your first meal by just one hour to start 💯🤝👊
